It’s a beautiful Tuesday, and summer is finally heating up!!! We are starting to work outdoors regularly again and to celebrate all of our beautiful Chicago North Shore settings. This joyful group of gals (and one lucky daddy) sets the tone for a wonderful season.

Studio Closing at the End of 2013!As my loyal clients for the past nine years, I want to let you know well in advance that our Wilmette studio will officially close at the end of 2013. This will allow me to prepare for a more permanent move to Glen Arbor, Michigan some time next year. Although this may come as a surprise to many of you, it has been part of my personal plans for a long time. As you know, the Wilmette studio has always closed during the summer so I could work on-location in northern Michigan. With my youngest graduating from high school next year, Jeff and I have the opportunity to follow our dream of living more full-time in our favorite place. Even though I am looking forward to this major change and all the excitement it brings, I certainly will miss seeing your wonderful families grow and change from year to year. Don’t Delay!So, if you’ve been putting off that portrait session, now is the time! We are actively booking spring sessions, and are beginning to schedule for August and September as well — especially those incredible outdoor moments on the beach. We expect to have a full schedule of sessions until right before the Christmas holidays. Call and schedule your complimentary portrait consultation soon! As always, the Wilmette studio will be closed from mid-June through mid-August while I am working on location in beautiful Glen Arbor Michigan, and the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes National Lakeshore.
