Meet Baby L

Little Mr. L was just a few days old when he came to the studio for a visit.  I just love his precious little fingers and toes.

What to Wear On The Beach

These outfits remind me of an evening on one of our local beaches.  To pull off this coordinated look, start with a patterned sundress or top for one family member.  Then, dress everyone else in various colors found in that pattern.  Combining clothes in this way creates a fabulous and fashionable family portrait without being matchy-matchy.

Wilmette HS Senior Photographer – “Rock the Frock” event

We had SO MUCH FUN at our “Rock the Frock!” event over the weekend, and collected almost 40 dresses for the Glass Slipper Project in Chicago.  Many thanks to all of the wonderful gals who brought in dresses to donate and did such a great job Rockin those Frocks!  And, thanks to Nikki VanderPal who helped organize the event as part of her NTHS Senior Project.

Chicago North Shore Photographer Presents Rock the Frock

Come join us for a Frock-Rockin’ party at the studio to

benefit The Glass Slipper Project

Sunday, May 6, 2012

2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

It’s an open house, so stop by anytime

Let’s be honest, ladies. We all have a few party dresses stashed in the closet that will never again see the light of day. So put one on, and come by the studio for a free mini-photo shoot. Pose alone, or with your friends – bring as many dresses and friends as you would like! Then, leave the dresses behind and we will donate them to the Glass Slipper Project.
The Glass Slipper Project ® is a non-profit organization that gives away free prom dresses and accessories to high school Juniors and Seniors in the Chicagoland and surrounding areas. The Glass Slipper Project collects new and almost-new formal dresses and accessories and provides them, free of charge, to students who are unable to purchase their own prom attire.
When the party’s over, Diane Hamilton Photography will provide you with downloadable digital photos of you in your dress on our Facebook page.
The Glass Slipper Project also accepts gently used purses, shoes and jewelry.

Many thanks to Nikki VanderPal who is organizing this event as part of her Senior Project at NTHS.
