Capturing a rambunctious pre-schooler can be a challenge for any photographer. Add an energetic toddler and a playful dog and chaos is sure to reign. A busy session with a young family can provide the same workout as a spin class! But, when it all comes together, as in this portrait of the “D” family, it’s totally worth the craziness. I’m thrilled that they have this moment in their lives captured forever, and proudly hanging in their entryway.

Meet the “D” family. I absolutely love creating portraits for this gang. They were one of my first clients when I was still working out of my home. And, I have had the pleasure of watching the boys grow up a little bit each year. Many things have changed over the years, but I can always count on a laugh riot during their session. I just love the Uggs/blankie fashion combo!
